The blocks and posts of the Sea-wall Steps that stand in deep water no longer stop you with invisible walls. You can walk across their tops, land on them from any side, and walk or jump off them.
Nothing holds you back at the edge of deep water once you are off the ground. Jump off a shore, a block or a bridge into deep water and you are pulled out onto the nearest shore the moment your feet touch it, with no more waiting around at the bottom. Walking along a shore still stops at the water's edge.
Docks are railed where the water beside them is deep, and across their far end, so you can no longer wander off the edge on your way to fish. You can still step off into the shallows near the shore.
