You can list Ledger Writs on the market. Selling an item you carry as Ledger Writs no longer says "You only have 0." Each writ counts as one of the item, and writs and loose items add up, so 40 writs plus 2 swords lets you list 42 swords.
Writs are used first. When you list, the market takes your writs before any loose items, so gear and supplies you may still want stay in your satchel.
The order form shows what you hold, for example "you hold 42 (40 as writs)". The Sell button and the Max quantity use the same total.
Cancelled and expired sell offers return the unsold goods to your collection box as real items, as before. Collect takes what fits in your satchel and leaves the rest in the box.
