Loose Ends Tied

A round of fixes for the bugs you reported. Thank you for every F8.

Menus and controls

Pressing Esc to close a window no longer pops the Esc menu open as well, and tapping I with a satchel that stays open in action camera stays smooth.
If you're already holding a direction when a window opens, it stays open. Let go and press again to close it the usual way.
Moving no longer skips story scenes, on a controller or the keyboard.
In the HUD editor (Shift+F9), the size buttons stay put while you resize, and you can hold them down to keep resizing.
On phones and tablets, tapping the chat box or a search field no longer zooms the page in.

Once a boss arena's doors seal, the boss and its adds can only hit players inside. Anyone revived outside is safe, and adds that wander out are pulled back.
You can't cast other abilities in mid-air during Leaping Cleave, Vault or Backstep Shot. They're ready again the moment you land.
Wrapping Chain on a whole pack no longer causes a stutter.
Deep water in dungeons, such as the sea cave in the Brine Cellars, now sets you back on dry floor instead of leaving you stuck.

Jumping on the stairs in multi-storey buildings no longer drops you into the gap under the steps.
You can no longer talk to, trade with or get restyled by someone on the other side of a wall.
The dock on Lake Sael offers lake fish again.
Smoke Without Fire: the clamp step now says plainly what to do, and Fennick will explain if you ask.

Coins from bounties, quests and delve chests go to your bank when your satchel is full, and you're told where they went.
A slot lock now clears when its stack runs out, so the next item in that slot isn't locked.
Raw meats now show the same tier as the dish they cook into. Because of that, the Lastlamp Larder no longer sells raw wolf and bear meat. Hunt wolves and bears for it instead.
Bank booths are solid all the way round, so you no longer walk halfway into the counter.
