Foundations for The High Road

This is the first step of The High Road. Most of it is groundwork you won't see yet, but the top of the gear ladder shifts a little to make room for the tiers coming after it.

  • Dhurrite and the rest of its tier (wyrmscale, wispweave and wispwood gear) is now worn and gathered from level 50 instead of 55.
  • Its stats move to match level 50, so it is a touch weaker than before. A Dhurrite Longsword now needs Might 50 (was 55), with power 26 (was 28) and damage 39-57 (was 43-63). A Dhurrite Platebody now needs Guard 50 (was 55), with armour 57 (was 63), ward 20 (was 22) and health 25 (was 28).
  • Dhurrite upgrades now need levels 53, 56 and 60 for +1, +2 and +3 (they were 62, 68 and 75), and their stats come down to fit. A Dhurrite Longsword +3 now needs Might 60 (was 75), with power 30 (was 36) and damage 47-70 (was 60-89). Upgrades you already own can lose up to about a fifth of their stats.
  • Aether upgrades now need levels 77, 78 and 80 (they were 79, 83 and 87). Their stats are unchanged.
  • Adamant upgrades now need 43, 46 and 50 (they were 45, 50 and 55).
  • Jewellery needs lower Jewelcrafting levels across the board. The Dhurrite Band drops from 85 to 50, the Ring of the Open Sky from 87 to 50 and the Amulet of Renewal from 20 to 13.
  • Some named dhurrite-tier and aether-tier pieces need lower levels for their upgrades. Echo of Vael'Thoron +3 now needs 70 (was 75), and the Kingsash Crown +3 needs 85 (was 87).
