Quest log, bronze and fixes

Quest log

• Each quest now shows its requirements (recommended level, quests to finish first, skill levels), with a tick or cross for what you already meet.
• It also shows where to take the quest and where to hand it in, with the NPC's name and place.

Bronze

• Copper bars and copper gear are now called bronze: bronze bars, daggers, swords, shields, armour, arrows, tools and bands. Copper ore and copper rocks keep their names.

Interface

• Resized windows cut long titles and the "Stay open for action cam" label short with an ellipsis, so they no longer push the header's buttons out of place.

World

• Mother Mildew's entrance in the Hollow Hill is open again: a rock strip beside the Vat Steps no longer blocks the ramp.
