The whole map is full of creatures now. Every region, from the beaches of Wickstrand to the ash of the Cinderhold, holds roughly eight times as many monster groups as before, spread over the open land and not only along the roads. Expect something to fight in nearly every direction you look.
Shore crabs are back on the strand. The beach east of the Wickhaven quay is crawling with them, so the Crabs on the Strand lesson has its crabs, and every beach of the coast has its own.
Regions now mix in the creatures of the roads that lead to them, so the outskirts of a hard region still hold the beasts you met on the way, and wilder places feel less like a single monster per area.
