No level requirement for delves. Anyone can now enter any delve with their party. The entrance card shows each delve's intended levels as a guide, and marks anyone below them with a warning that monsters will be at least the delve's lowest level. It never stops you going in.
Delve monsters still match your party's average level within the delve's range, so a strong party can take a newer friend along. A character far below the monsters earns less experience from them, about what a monster ten levels above them would give, so a delve is a fun outing rather than a shortcut.
The Sunken Belfry now needs The Keeper's Tale instead of A Bell Beneath the Lake, so it opens at the right point in the Lake Sael story.
The Heartwood Deep, the Tidehold Deeps, the Open Window and the Stair That Asks no longer need a quest. Just find the entrance and go in.
The Wyrm's Shard is now recommended from level 55, so the Gales story runs in order straight into The Bells of Windbell at Windbell Abbey.
Fixed
The delve list in the previous update now gives the right place for every entrance. The Hollow Hill Warrens, for example, are south-east of Kettlewell in the Listeners' Downs, not near Fallowmere.
